Now that the hardware part is taken care of, the most important part remains: the software part. Indeed, with two webcams filming together, you end up with two video streams but you can only broadcast one to your room.
So you need software that can add the webcam image from the secondary shot as a thumbnail to the main shot and re-encode it all to form one video stream. And that, in real time! And if possible easily because a camgirl is not necessarily a professional video editor.
